Conclusion and Execution of Agreements with Natural Persons
For the purposes of conclusion and execution of agreements, we will process the data provided by you at the time of conclusion of an agreement as well as the data received from you during the implementation of such agreement, including the information about the goods purchased by you and the payment-related details. If you refuse to provide your personal data, we will not be able to identify you and to conclude an agreement with you.
The basis for the processing of your personal data for this purpose is the execution of the agreement or the actions performed at your request prior to the conclusion of the agreement. The actions related to the processing of certain personal data can also be based on the fulfilment of statutory obligations, e.g. in order to comply with the obligations provided for by tax legislation.
We will store your personal data for no longer than 10years after the date of expiry of our agreement.
Newsletters and Other Direct Marketing Activities
If you are our customer, you have subscribed to our newsletter through our website or have otherwise expressed your consent to receive our direct marketing materials, the personal data that you have voluntarily submitted, including your e-mail address and phone number, shall be used for delivering the information related to our goods and services, news, promotions, events and other types of direct marketing information using the contact details provided.

Processing of the Personal Data of Candidates Applying for Open Positions and Handling of the Candidate Database
If you submit your CV, cover letter, references and/or other documents or information related to a specific open position posted on our website or a specialized recruitment and job search website, in addition to the personal data listed below, the data that you submit voluntarily shall be processed for recruitment purposes.
Your personal data shall be processed until the selection process is completed, i.e. until we decide to hire a specific candidate, he or she completes his or her probation period or we decide to end the selection process without selecting any candidate. This period should not exceed 4 months. After the end of the selection process, your personal data shall be destroyed unless you express your consent to further storage of your data for future selection processes. If you express such consent, we will store your personal data for 6 years and, if the need for a new employee arises during the said period, we will contact you. After the expiry of the 6-year period, your personal data shall be destroyed.
Your personal data shall be processed on the basis of your consent to participate in the selection process and further storage, and certain data processing operations shall also be performed on the basis of the rights and obligations provided for by the law. Submitting your personal data while participating in a selection process is voluntary, however, if you do not provide such data, we will not be able to assess your suitability for the position. If you do not express your consent for the data to be stored after the completion of the selection process, we will not be able to provide you with a job offer, unless you resubmit your personal data.
Please be advised that we may exercise our statutory right to contact your former employers and request their opinion regarding your qualification, professional skills and characteristics. However, we will not contact your former employer without your prior explicit consent.
Handling of Complaints, Inquiries and Orders
If you submit a complaint, a claim, an inquiry or an order by e-mail, in writing or otherwise, the data that you submit voluntarily shall be processed for the purposes of handling such complaint, claim, inquiry or order.
If your complaint or claim is related to a potential dispute, possible damage, etc., and if any contractual relations arise during the execution of an order, your personal data may be stored for a maximum period of 10 years. If the personal data relating to a complaint or claim is not related to a potential dispute, it shall be destroyed in a shorter period, as soon as such data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was processed.
